Uncle Alfred C. Bowen, Jr. (born December 21, 1977), better known as A. J. Bowen, is an American stage and film actor who appeared as Lewis Denton in the film The Signal.

Biography

Movie career

Bowen starred in Creepshow III, the Sundance favorite and recent Magnolia Pictures theatrical release, The Signal, in the critically acclaimed role of Lewis Denton, as the hero Hank, in The Season, as well as the upcoming Ti West film The House of the Devil.[1] His production company, Normaltown, has recently completed its first feature, the upcoming Maidenhead, which co-stars A.J. and Michael Parks (Kill Bill).[2] Bowen stars alongside Tony Todd, Danielle Harris, and Kane Hodder in Adam Green's Hatchet 2.[3] He was part of the Christmas Episode of Dread Central's Dinner for Friends Shark Alarm 2009 (the holiday edition of the site's podcast), which was released on iTunes.[4] He stars also in the Ghost Raider Entertainment produced thriller film Rites of Spring.[5]
